is the first business of 2026 to join our service dog awareness campaign. General Manager Richard Wilbert balances, compliance with federal and state laws and exceptional customer service by ensuring the rights and responsibilities of all are protected.

The City Council committed to being a partner in promoting the rights and responsibilities of service animal handlers and places open to the public during its July 23, 2024 meeting. Afterwards Vero Beach Officer Jeff Otis provided a tour of the city. Local businesses received the toolkit Service Animals Welcome; It's a Crime to Misrepresent. It's official Vero Beach is the second community on the 2024 trail.
